SHIPPING POLICY 

Within Australia, we deliver all our orders to you via Australia Post. 

Free standard shipping for orders above $300!

Standard Shipping: In accordance with our carrier - Australia Post.

Express Shipping: In accordance with our carrier - Australia Post.

Orders that are received before 1 pm EST* on a business day are sent that day. We aim to have your order to you within two working days. This can be quicker if you live in VIC or a capital city and may be a little longer if you live in a remote area.

Australia Post Express Post Service – guarantees next business day delivery within the Express Post network. The Express Post network covers over 80% of Australian business addresses, private addresses and Post Office boxes. Delivery outside this network will receive the fastest possible delivery using existing transport links.

Damage or loss in transit is rare. However, if it happens, we will take responsibility for it. Please call us to organise the return of damaged goods or to report that a parcel has not arrived within the above timeframes.
