RETURNS AND EXCHANGE

RETURNS POLICY

We hope you are pleased with your purchase. If for some reason, a product does not meet your expectations, you may return full-priced items for a refund or store credit. Finale sale items are not eligible for returns or refunds; please read the information below on the exchange of sale items. Merchandise must be returned within 15 days from purchase.  

* Sale items - we don't refund sale items. A credit note or exchange only.

Note that merchandise must be returned in the original packaging, with original labels. We suggest you keep all packaging until you have made your final decision to purchase. Final sale items are only eligible for returns or a refund if faulty.

Returned items must be in a new, unused/unworn condition in the original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse a return and a refund if the goods are deemed to have been used or damaged or if the original packaging has been damaged.

If your item was purchased on a preorder, please email send us an email at info@activeequine.com.au and we will confirm the return details.

Please ensure all products are new, unused and returned in original packaging. Ultimate Fame Origin is not responsible for any costs in returning the products (postage fees apply). This includes any customs or import fees. Once products have been quality checked and approved, refunds are returned to your original payment method. Refunds should show on your account in 7-10 working days.

Please note that all postage costs and import fees are non-refundable.

We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be held responsible for any packages lost in transit. However, if the package received is damaged, we will contact you directly so you can take the appropriate action with your shipping company.

REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method, within a certain amount of days.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

If you haven't received a refund yet, first recheck your bank account. Then contact your bank or online company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 

(If you have purchased any item at a reduced price, including a sale code, they are deemed "sale" items and returns are as per below).

All sale items (online and warehouse) are not eligible for refunds, but we offer a credit note, or they can be exchanged for another size or item.

Be very careful with your selection from the sale items, as there are no refunds.

As items are heavily discounted, we are unable to offer a refund for change of mind on sale purchases. However, you may request a change of size via email or organise a credit note via our returns portal.

Please email info@activeequine.com.au for a size exchange to ask the team if your required size is available.

If yes, we will require you to post the original item to us at the address below with a prepaid postage bag for us to send you the required size.

Faulty Items

Before returning the item, send us an email at info@activeequine.com.au with images of the fault within two days of receiving the item and we will confirm the return details.
